At Emperial Concepts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality signage that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Custom Signage

Due to the personalized nature of custom signs, these items are non-refundable once production has begun. However, if there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling, design discrepancies from approved proofs), we will gladly remake the sign at no additional cost.

Non-Custom Signage and Stock Items

Returns: Stock items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for stock items within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to stock item returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 5 days of receipt by contacting our customer service team.
Provide photos of the damage or defect for assessment.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund upon confirmation.

Proof Approval Policy

For custom orders, we require a signed proof approval before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the proof for any errors. Once approved, we cannot accept responsibility for errors that were approved in the proof.

Shipping Returns

If a return is authorized, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
